For Camden's birthday, he invited 5 friends over for an outdoor Zelda themed birthday. This winter Chris and the kids played Zelda on the Nintendo Switch many nights, so they are all knowledgeable about all things Zelda. The kids did a search around the yard for 3 "elixers" (aka ginger ale, punch, and pineapple juice) and then made a drink using a recipe. I ended wrapping a diaper box filled with candy in white paper and Savannah drew some symbols on it. It was a cheap version of a pinata. Then, Camden hid some "weapons" around the yard that they all collected and then smashed the box. After pizza, they opened presents and played at the playground behind the house. A fun party to celebrate a decade of living!
