Great Wolf Lodge 2020

It was time to go back to Great Wolf Lodge! It has been something we try to schedule for late January or early February when we're all getting a bit stir crazy. Unfortunately, this time of year we often have sicknesses going around. Jonas had a double ear infection and a cough and Savannah had a cough (sleeping all in the same room was tough) but we still enjoyed our time.

Each time we go, the kids seem to enjoy new or different things. Since my mom joined us for a few hours on Sunday to hold Levi, the five of us were able to ride a family river raft ride. Although everyone looked terrified, they liked it and rode it again later.

Jonas really liked the blue slides in the toddler area and Savannah helped him stay in line to go down. Camden and Savannah really liked the wave pool and would rush over when the bell went off for the waves to start up. Everyone liked the lazy river, too.

Camden is also into the MagiQuest game and was able to walk around on his own playing it sometimes. Savannah saved her money and bought her own pink wand at the shop and played, too.

We also had a groupon that included arcade use and bowling, which was a lot of fun.

Jonas was not cooperating (you can see his feet from behind the bear)

now he's back :)

Since we're planning to pull the kids out of school in 2021 for Disney, we won't be able to pull them out for our usual GWL trip next school year. We may try to go this summer or fall, if at all.

Favorite things:
Chris - family river raft
Stephanie - relaxing poolside with Levi
Camden - Slap Tail Pond (aka the wave pool. He was also really into the actual names of all the attractions)
Savannah - wave pool
Jonas-big, big, big, big, big, bucket
Levi - laying on the bed and kicking
