Disney World - Day 3

We woke up ready to meet the rest of our family at the Magic Kingdom. We had our bags transfered to our new hotel and made our way over for the opening ceremony to open the park.

We snuck in a couple rides before Camden's Pirate League Adventure. It was something I had heard about from a friend and seemed like a good price for a fun activity for a pirate lover.

Camden got a pirate name (Thomas Sunbain), a makeup application (he chose the "Captain Hook" look), pirate accessories, took a pirate pledge, got a pirate photo, a certificate, and lots of special accessories. I brough a pirate costume from home for both kids to wear that day at the park. It was a really cute and unique experience.

We rode more rides and ate lunch together. We packed our lunch for the majority of the trip.

The Jungle Cruise

Since our room wasn't ready for us, we stayed for the Festival of Fantasy Parade and got upfront seats. It was fabulous and we were all glad we stayed to catch it.

Grandpa's popcorn attacked by a crowd of hungry kids

Yep, Disney is crowded...especially after the parade lets out

Later that afternoon we checked in, cooked dinner, and unpacked in our room at Bay Lake Towers at the Contemporary Resort.
