Who am I kidding, I started Mother's Day bright and early at 6:02am when Savannah woke up ready to start the day (after being awake 2.5hrs in the middle of the night, too). Then, Camden woke up and said "Happy Mother's Day!" when Chris prompted him but then followed it with "Ok, Mommy, now you say it back to me. And where's my snack?". Umm, apparently no one explained to them how Mother's Day works. After breakfast in bed (for Savannah), we started our day!
We spent the morning playing outside, planting trees (more like sticks with roots) in our yard, and eating pancakes. Chris' family came over and we ate lunch on the deck and then enjoyed the warm weather at Conner Prairie.
