The fourth and final week of advent:
- downtown Indy visit to see the big tree and the projection show
- driving around to look at lights - We went around Carmel using this map of lights I found. This year, we did not get hot cider before going based on last year when we went home after driving for 5 minutes because a few kids thought they were going to throw up. This year went much better!
- sleepover by the tree - the kids look forward to this and this year Jonas got to join!
- making Christmas trees out of ice cream cones and frosting
- Christmas Eve Mass - we were hoping to attend the outdoor Mass but it was way too cold so we watched from home
Camden had been pretty adamant about having the Christmas tree in the living room "where it always goes". We came to an agreement that had us moving the tree from it's spot in the morning nook area to the living room on Christmas Eve Eve so the kids could have their sleepover near it and it would stay there through Christmas day.
