We are now into the groove of school during a pandemic and enjoying the beautiful weather!
I often take Levi in to go to bed and, before I nurse him, I look out my window to see the kids playing outside. Here they are with Chris playing soccer.
one evening, I labeled all the states on the big USA behind our house
Chris' friend, Jon, took the three older kids and us on a ride on his boat on Lake Monroe. It was my first time on this lake! Everyone had fun
We had these free tickets for the Conner Prairie balloon for years. Maybe I was too chicken to go up? I thought this year was a good time to use them. I waited for a nice, calm afternoon and we went way up! We were able to see our house and all around, so cool! Then the kids played on the new playground
On this one night, Chris and Camden were at Cub Scouts and Savannah wanted to continue playing outside with some of her school friends who showed up at the playground. I gave the boys a bath in our room while watching Savannah out the window. We could also see 4 hot air balloons going over our house. It was just so nice.
There are always kids out back playing gaga ball, kickball, soccer, basketball, or just on the playground. One evening, Chris joined the kickball game with Camden...I overheard a middle school girl say to her friend "Oh, I guess this old guy is playing now"
We went to Spencer Farms to dig up our own mums (something we did last year and I wanted to make a tradition). We also saw they were picking raspberries so we did that, too, although it wasn't easy!
Chris took Jonas on a "daddy daughter date" (as Jonas calls it) creek stomping
Enjoying the new neighborhood playground
