Although we were informed that our baby showed some potential signs of a chromosomal abnormality (shortened femur and bright spot on the heart), we were recently informed that tests came back normal. I'll find out more at my next OB appointment, but we're glad to hear things seem to be going alright now!
Also, we had the technician write down the sex of the baby and seal it in an envelope for us. It took 3 different ultrasound technicians, a bit of repositioning, and some belly jiggling for them to figure out the sex! Chris and I didn't want a "gender reveal" party (made popular by pinterest), but we did want to find out the sex over a nice dinner or something (since we didn't find out with Camden). Unfortunately, our schedules have been so busy we haven't made time and the envelope has been hanging on our fridge waiting to be opened. We packed it with us to take to Austin in hopes of finding some a lone time to take a peak : )
