We had a wonderful opportunity to visit an all-inclusive resort called El Cid in Puerto Morales, Mexico. We flew to Cancun, and took a shuttle to the resort for our week stay. We had so much fun eating (everyone tried lots of new foods which were all delicious) and swimming (I estimate about 30 hours of swimming!).
