Washington DC - days 1 & 2 - Pittsburg

For spring break, we decided to use some free hotel certificates I'd accumulated to check out our nation's capitol - Washington DC! Camden and I have been studying the US Constitution and the founding of our country, so we were both excited.

We drove to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania for a two-night stay. Upon arriving, we went to dinner at Burgertory. We ended the night swimming in the hotel pool which was surprisingly warm.

The next morning we headed to the Dusquesne Incline which is a very old tram that is pulled up the side of the mountain for a great view of the city. The rain dried and the sun came out just in time for us to experience it.

After the incline, we headed to the Pittsburg Children's Museum since most of the trip was going to be less little kid focused. We enjoyed it there and stayed until three when we headed out to go to Palm Sunday Mass at a nearby church.
