Disneyland

Of course, my Disney obsession meant we had to spend a day in Disneyland (which is only 30 minutes from my brother's house and they are annual passholders). We spent the whole day riding rides and exploring both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. It was a great and full day! This also means Chris and I got to explore all 6 US Disney Parks in 6 months.

Sleeping Beauty's castle (so much smaller than Cinderella's in Disney World)

 Haunted Mansion was holiday themed (aka Nightmare Before Christmas) and it was so good.

the Firehouse where Walt Disney used to live, the light in the window was always lit whenever he was in the parks (and is now always lit in remembrance)
