Jonas - 18 months

Jonas is a year and a half old (plus a bit more). He is LOUD, opinionated, snuggly, friendly to everyone, and very goofy. He has a loud voice he uses frequently, but this has been improving. He did get tubes in his ears, which may have helped.

He eats 3-4 breakfasts as each person gets up each morning, he joins them at the table for breakfast! He prefers his food with a dip like ketchup. He wants to drink from a regular cup but usually just pours it all over himself.

He loves cats (he calls them "mimi"), balls!, dogs, animals, airplanes, bugs, dancing, music, being carried around, his pacifier! (due to the yelling, he still has this quite a bit), being outside, baths, trying to help himself to snacks in the pantry, and waving at people, splash pads/water. He dislikes diaper changes, clothing changes, not being carried, losing his pacifier.

Saying things like mama (he says this for mom or for anything he wants to have us look at), dada, wawa (water), eeeeewww, more, marba (marble), ahh (yes), no, c'mere (come here), me, boo boo, shoe, mimi (cat). He says a few kids names like Cece, Jude, and Chloe (Savannah's friend) but not Camden or Savannah! He picks up new words every day. He walked into the kitchen and said "cooooookie!", I had to give him one!

He is a great napper and goes to bed without much of a fuss either. Usually awake before 6am which is a bit too early for me, but he'll snuggle me in bed for a little bit before we get up.

The older two find him hilarious when he does goofy things and he always is trying to copy them (both the good and the bad). He has some silly dance moves and expressions.

Crying because I wouldn't let him hold my big camera

I went to brush my teeth and came back to find that he had moved the chair to the kitchen island and was drinking my coffee. Nothing is safe!

He is suddenly really into "mimis". He has a Simba (lion king) mimi but he often steals Savannah's mimis. Luckily she was in preschool so he could give her mimi a snack and put it to bed in this basket.

I love him to pieces! He's starting to look more and more like a little boy rather than a baby.
