Our first stop was Smale Riverfront park. It was already a HOT day, but luckily there were several water features which were pretty unique to check out. We then rode the indoor carousel to cool off.
Our ISM membership got us into the Cincinnati Children's Museum for free (at least while their science museum is under construction). It was a fun museum that we spent a few hours exploring and it was perfect for all of our kids ages.
We were planning to end the day by walking around and eating dinner at Newport on the Levee, however we changed our plans and headed home instead (stopping at Chili's in Greensburg for dinner). It was unbearably hot out and Jonas bumped his chin at the museum shortly before we left and bit through both sides of his tongue and was pretty uncomfortable (it looked so painful, too!)
