Our little guy is one! This year just flew by so quickly! Although I know there were nights when I looked forward to him being a "big boy" (when I'd be rocking him at 3am knowing my alarm for work would be going off in a couple hours) I already miss him being an infant. I'm excited to see all the ways he will change and grow this next year and I'll look back at our first year together with fond memories. *tear*
Now, about his party : ) Originally, I figured I'd just invite our immediate family, but once I realized I had some big plans as far as decorations and food I decided to invite our close friends, too. We're always looking for an excuse to see our friends, anyways. Since I had a lot of "down time" (if you'd call it that) while nursing him this past year, I used some of that time to plan his party. I have another post about the food/decoration details.
