Today we took a plane from Gatwick to Dublin. We found our way to the hotel where we met Matt again. The three of us ate dinner at a local pub and walked up and down the streets. We spent the evening relaxing and drinking Pimms at the hotel while watching the ever-fascinating BBC. I am excited to get to watch American T.V. again; I don?t know how much more I can take of British soap operas.
British word of the day:
Cheers-meaning goodbye, thanks, hello, excuse me?pretty much anything really. Example: ?Cheers!? (sorry, I can?t think of how to use it in a sentence). If you feel like using the word cheers you might as well because it is appropriate almost all of the time I think.
