Spring Break 2025 - Disney Springs and Epcot (day 3)

To keep from getting too exhausted, we planned our late nights with easy mornings. We started the day with a leisurely walk to Disney Springs for some shopping and to get Giddeon's cookies. After lunch, we headed to Epcot. The plan for the day was to go through all the countries in the World Showcase, ride any of those rides/shows, and not rush. We also had reservations at The Beirgarten Restaurant in the Germany pavillion; We enjoed the atmosphere, live music, and unique food offerings there. In Japan, Jonas and Savy picked oysters to crack open for pearls which was a fun event. As we wrapped up the World Showcase, Chris and the older three kids went to ride Gaurdians of the Galaxy (a favorite) while Levi and I walked around and saved seats for the nighttime show, Luminos the Symphony of Us. After we all watched the show, we stayed late to enjoy the extended evening hours for deluxe resort guests. We rode some favorite rides (like Sorin') and explored the new Journey of Water attraction. These late hours are always some of my favorite memories.

big tub!

Jonas and the Heart of Tefiti (always has a gem/rock)

my bed partner added new items every night. By night 3, I had to share with a stuffed cat, Holy Bible, and pirate sword

These two shared a murphy bed (behind them). During the day it was a couch and a table.

we took the boat to Disney Springs which is offered at the resort

Soarin' was a favorite

We saw all the videos in the various countries

choosing their oyster

opening it is quite the production

the Beirgarten favorite - Fanta + Coke (some German name I forget)

Levi and I finished getting the last of all the collectable Kid Cot country cards while the others rode Guardian. The cast member spent a long time with him doodling on the card.

Journey of Water with Moana is even better at night
