For Camden's birthday this year he decided to stray away from the laser tag/arcade (which had been his choice the last three years). He just wanted his friends over for pizza and an ice cream sundae bar. The plan was for them to play football out back, but it was raining. No matter, they played anyway!
On his actual birthday, as a family, we walked to Don Rigo. It is a mexican restaurant in our neighborhood we rarely go to and Cam always wants to go. They sang to him with a big mask on. I realized several days later, we never sang happy birthday with candles since his cake was an ice cream buffet instead. So, we put a candle in the last brownie and sang.
