Advent - week 3

This week we made a Christmas ornament craft, got holiday ice cream, drove around to look at lights, watched Savannah's Christmas program, and attended a winter animal show at the library.

On Saturday, we went on our annual downtown overnight with my brother's family. We started at the Indiana State Museum, walked around Circle Center Mall and ate at the food court, and spent the night at the Omni hotel. The weather was so cold and the roads were icy (unlike previous years where we didn't even wear coats!) but we still managed to check out the Monument Circle tree.

Savannah "forgot" to sing during her show, but so did most of the kids. She said she was "just being goofy".

Silly Safari came to our library to show winter animals. I love how Camden laughs SOO hard at their corny jokes. In this scene, the elf pretended he didn't know there were giant cockroaches on his napkin.
